As a Cleaning Supervisor, you won’t just clean & oversee cleaning—you’ll teach, train, & support our cleaning technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality service. What This Role Is All About
This is more than just a supervisory role—you’re a trainer, teacher, & quality inspector. Your job is to ensure that our cleaning technicians are well-trained, motivated, & delivering top-notch service.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Training & Teaching – Show cleaning technicians the right way to clean, ensuring they follow our Streak-Free, Spot-Free, Edge-Clean standards.
- Quality Inspections – Check work regularly, make corrections to work, provide feedback, & ensure our standards are met.
- Problem-Solving & Coaching – Identify issues before they become problems, provide corrective training, & motivate your people to improve.
- Team Support – Be a resource for your cleaning technicians, answering their questions, delivering supplies, & ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities
- Teach & Train Cleaning Technicians – Provide hands-on training & verify that employees follow procedures correctly.
- Conduct Quality Inspections – Inspect work, investigate client complaints, & provide improvement strategies.
- Provide Feedback & Support – Motivate team members to improve & maintain high cleaning standards.
- Fill In for Cleaning Technician Absences – Most shifts are under 3-4 hours.
- Deliver Supplies & Make Minor Vacuum Repairs (training provided).
- Communicate Clearly & Promptly – Respond to calls, texts, & emails promptly.
- Assist Other Supervisors as Needed – Especially with new clients & supervisor vacations.
- Attend Occasional Meetings – Provide insights & suggestions for continuous improvement.
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Part-Time, Flexible Hours: 0–20 hours per week, working 0–5 days/week, depending on workflow & staffing.
- Variable Availability Needed: Primarily Monday–Thursday evenings & weekends.
- Potential for 25 hours/week occasionally, especially during new client setups or supervisor vacations.
- Work Location: Sioux Falls area.
Requirements
- Permanent home address in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg or Tea.
- Cell phone with data plan.
- Reliable transportation.
- Permanent home address with Wi-Fi & access to a computer.
- Smartphone for work communications (texts, emails, Google apps).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two valid forms of ID.
- Ability to pass a federal/county background check (no felonies, theft, or violent crimes).
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, & speaking).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 35 pounds to chest level & carry it.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lean, stoop, kneel, twist, pull, push & reach for long periods.
- Adequate vision (corrective lenses acceptable).
