Cleaning Supervisor: Part Time

- Flexible hours. Must be on call Tuesday through Thursday evening, plus weekends, but actual working time will be anywhere from 1 to 15 hours per week, depending on workflow. May occasionally need you to work 20 hrs in a week.
- $19.00/hr for cleaning, training, and meetings.
- $402 per month revenue sharing salary for inspection work, team member communications, and supply delivery. Every new client increases revenue sharing.
- Christmas bonuses.
- $175 retention bonus after 4 calendar months.
- Take it easy. Revenue sharing is earned even if all clients are staffed and you aren’t cleaning.

Job Summary
Performs various activities to ensure cleaning is performed consistently, efficiently, & with high quality – Streak Free, Spot Free, Edge Clean. To accomplish these things, provides training, fills in for absences, delivers supplies, communicates well, & proactively anticipates & addresses future issues through quality inspections, adherence to procedure, & good reasoning skills. Responsibilities also include timely response to calls, texts, & emails.
Must also be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, & reliable with a strong desire to provide your cleaning techs with the tools, encouragement, & support they need to exceed client expectations & earn performance bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages 8 part-time cleaning techs & 9 clients.
- Fills in for cleaning tech absences.
- Conducts cleaning inspections & investigates client complaints – often after 7:30 PM or whenever your cleaners have finished their work (no later than 10:00 PM).
- Provides reports of inspection findings and methods for correction.
- Helps other supervisors cover for absences & take on new clients as needed.
- First point of contact for team member questions via calls and texts.
- Mastery of all company processes & handbooks.
- Trains team members in the Sunset Office Cleaning process and approach.
- Identifies team member development needs and ensures that training is obtained.
- Gives team members cleaning directions and assignments. Verifies compliance.
- Composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Identifies trends and makes suggestions for the betterment of our company.
- Delivers supplies – can be performed when inspecting. Sometimes makes minor vacuum repairs.
- Attends meetings, and annual supervisor dinner.
- Opportunity to manage new clients if more hours are desired.
- Performs related work as assigned. For example, occasionally delivers keys, makes copies, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Home address in Sioux Falls area
- Reliable transportation
- Permanent home address with Wi-Fi connectivity
- Maintain & use your own computer which can effectively run a web browser (preferably Google Chrome)
- Maintain & use your smartphone for company texts, email, & Google apps (Drive, Keep, Maps, Gmail)
- Education & work history demonstrating responsibility & work ethic
- High school diploma/GED; college coursework preferred
- 2 valid forms of ID
- Can add, subtract, multiply, & divide effectively
- Willing to submit a federal/county background check & have no felonies on record
- Read, write, understand, & communicate effectively in English
- At least 18-years-old
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds to chest level & carry it
- Able to be on your feet for long periods & able to do a lot of walking, bending, reaching, leaning, stooping, kneeling, twisting, pulling, pushing, & crouching
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception & the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
